Our Story: A Smarter Way to Remodel
At EZ Bath & Shower, we believe that getting a beautiful, functional bathroom shouldn’t be a high-stress, weeks-long ordeal.
Founders Erik Wray and Stephonn Taylor started this company after years of working within the "corporate cog" of major home improvement brands. While working in the Las Vegas market, they saw firsthand how inflated pricing, high-pressure sales tactics, and outdated processes were putting unnecessary pressure on homeowners.
They knew there was a better way. In 2021, they branched out to create a company built on transparency, honesty, and efficiency. By cutting out the corporate overhead and focusing on what actually matters: quality materials and expert installation. They now help homeowners achieve stunning transformations at a fraction of the cost of the "big-brand" guys.

Meet the Founders
Erik Wray
Erik’s journey to home remodeling was driven by a desire for a more honest connection with customers. Originally from the automotive industry in California, he grew tired of high-pressure sales and sought a trade where he could provide genuine value. Erik brings a unique level of discipline to the business; he is a 6th-degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and formerly owned six martial arts schools, where he even trained NFL teams and players. When he isn't on a job site, Erik enjoys working on his own home projects, traveling, and playing rec softball.
Stephonn Taylor
Stephonn’s background is rooted in hard work and technical skill. After working various trades in Chicago, he found his calling in specialized bathroom installations. He moved to Las Vegas in 2020 to lead installs for a national brand before partnering with Erik to launch EZ Bath & Shower. Stephonn’s "superpower" is his ability to solve complex site issues on the fly, ensuring no project ever stalls. In his downtime, Stephonn is a car enthusiast who builds custom vehicles for car shows and cherishes time spent with his family.
