Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of our website and your relationship with EZ Bath & Shower (McCai Remodeling and Construction LLC, NV #0088041). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at ezbathandshower.com, requesting a quote, signing a service agreement, or engaging EZ Bath & Shower (McCai Remodeling and Construction LLC, NV Contractor License #0088041) for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
EZ Bath & Shower provides residential bathroom remodeling services in the greater Las Vegas, Nevada area, including but not limited to: • Walk-in shower installations and conversions • Bathtub-to-shower conversions • Tub and shower combination replacements • Safety walk-in tub installations • Accessory and fixture upgrades All services are subject to a separate written Service Agreement that will be provided prior to any work commencing. These Terms govern your use of our website and general business relationship.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Our free in-home estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation. All written quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on final measurements, unforeseen structural conditions discovered during installation, or changes to the scope of work requested by the customer. A signed Service Agreement and agreed-upon deposit are required to schedule your installation date.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Once a Service Agreement is signed and a deposit is received, your installation will be scheduled based on current availability. We will provide you with a confirmed installation date. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled install date may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit, subject to the terms of your specific Service Agreement. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date may be subject to a rescheduling or cancellation fee as specified in your Service Agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, supply chain delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
5. Payment & Financing
We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Flexible financing options may be available through third-party lending partners. Financing approval and terms are determined by the third-party lender and are not guaranteed by EZ Bath & Shower. Payment terms, including deposit amounts and final payment due dates, will be specified in your Service Agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee in addition to any bank charges.
6. Warranty
EZ Bath & Shower offers a limited lifetime warranty on labor and materials for qualifying installations as described in your Service Agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect • Chemical damage from non-approved cleaning products • Normal wear and tear • Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature • Issues arising from modifications made by parties other than EZ Bath & Shower Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and repair warranted defects within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation, customers agree to: • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area on the scheduled installation date • Remove personal items, medications, and valuables from the work area prior to installation • Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present for the full duration of the installation • Disclose any known plumbing, structural, or mold issues that may affect the installation • Follow care and cleaning instructions provided after installation Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or warranty limitations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, EZ Bath & Shower's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of use, data, or profits • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to installation • Delays caused by forces beyond our reasonable control Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of EZ Bath & Shower or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
We value every customer relationship and will make every effort to resolve concerns directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For services already under a signed agreement, the terms of that agreement will govern unless both parties agree in writing to modify them.
